Wow! My new favorite space in Utah! I understand why people from Ogden drive up and recommended EITC to us! Jarred, or Jarod is awesome. Very welcoming, and was able to accommodate our "upgrade" requests. The menu offers so much so we ultimately decided to split dishes when each-other, which is the way to go. Worth the wait for a booth, great environment and beautiful art on walls. 5 stars for having Jarritos Mexican Cola... such a great experience. Thank you to the owner and staff. French toast is amazingly textured... I mean I can't say enough good things about this experience, I'll have to come back for a part 2

One of the best brunch spots in Salt Lake City there's always a line, but the service is friendly and fast. The menu is extensive we loved the huevos rancheros and blitzes with a side of potatoes. It's a small space with not much of a waiting area so put your name in And wait outside or in the car. Definitely don't miss this spot.

I haven't been to Eggs since before they moved to their current location. The space is much smaller, yet the vibe is still welcoming and chill. The menu is diverse with lots of delicious choices! We had the corned beef (homemade and shredded) and the pulled pork Benedict (they have a few Bennie options). Both were delish! Very basic, flavored deep-fried potato cubes as a side. It seemed that, even though they serve mimosas, no one knew about it. We were there @ 1130a and no one had drinks beyond juice or coffee. I asked if they sold alcohol, and our server walked over to the front and grabbed a little slip with their alcohol options on it. It's interesting that they don't give their customers the alcohol menu along with the food menu. I think that their bottom $$ line might be helped by letting people know that mimosas (and limited beer options) are an option with breakfast! Overall, delicious food and good experience. Looking forward to eating there again soon!

The restaurant was packed when we got there and I was impressed how clean they maintained the place. We were quoted 20 min wait but it came faster then that. We sat outside and had a beautiful Mountain View as well! Our total experience was great! Fast service, friendly staff, flavorful fresh food! The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because as we took our first bite of food our check was dropped. That was weird to deliver before we even finished eating let alone we barely started. Though even though we were given our check our drinks were refilled without asking.

We visited before a drive up to Guardsman Pass for the fall colors. It was my husband's first visit, and it did not disappoint. We were seated right away, which is always a concern when you have a toddler. He had bacon, an egg, and a Mickey Mouse pancake. So cute. My husband ordered the Egg burger and fries at 9:30 in the morning. His food came out after ours because they had to round up the lunch items for him. He has no shame. The service was great as always.

Wow wow wow I am so satisfied after this meal!! We drove past this spot the other day exploring the area and made a mental note to go back for our last breakfast in Utah and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend ordered the stuffed French toast with a side of bacon and eggs and he loved it!! Everything was cooked to perfection. I ordered the egg sandwich and I just about died after the first bite, it hit the spot perfectly. The brioche bun was so soft, buttery, and warm. You can customize the sandwich however you like with bread/meat/cheese. I picked cheddar and bacon and it was incredible. It also came with avocado and some kind of sauce that made each bite an explosion of flavor. Service was great, didn't have to wait for a table, and the food came out quickly. Ambiance was nice with indoor and outdoor seating. Reasonable prices as well! I'm sad I don't live in the area because I am going to be craving this breakfast back at home. Great experience and will absolutely come back the next Utah visit!
